Function
The introscope corresponds hardware comples, meant for work as under field condition (for example, on oil and gas pipelines), as indoor condition for non-destructive testing of welding joints quality of pipelines, high-pressure vessels, different metal construction.
Operating principle
The introscope operating principle is based on usage of radiation of portable betatron, portable X-ray units or isotope sources for X-raying of test objects and radiation convertion to radiographs by means of scintillation screen, television equipment and digital electronic engineering.
Configuration:
- remote converter (installed on inspection place with X-ray source);
- electronic data processing unit (installed outside examination zone);
- set of interface cables.
